Train the Trainer - Parent Workshop on EBSNA

Supporting families experiencing EBSNA

This CPD has been developed by Judith as a bespoke offer for Derby schools and has been shaped by the needs and requests of schools staff who have attended the EBSNA training days. The training will provide staff with resources and guidance that will enable them to deliver their own sessions to their parents, carers and school community. The training will include: - Explaining Emotional-based School Non-attendance to families - Best practice tips for discussions around EBSNA with parent/carers - Practical advice and approaches for families to use in supporting a child experiencing EBSNA - Guidance on how to deliver a successful parent/carer session - Bespoke resources and materials to run your own in house sessions

Recommended for

Preferably those who have previously attended EBSNA training. Anyone who has capacity to create and deliver parent/carer events within their own setting.
